Simple chicken roast


500 g chicken
half tsp salt
half tsp pepper
1 Tsp lemon juice
3 Tsp jogurt
1 Tsp oil

1.Give small cut to the chicken.Place chicken in a pan.In a bowl mix jogurt,salt,pepper and lemon juice and pour this mixture on chicken.
2.Put it in refrigerator for about 2 hours.
3.Now place the pan on stove on low heat.In about 15 to 20 min the chicken will be perfectly cooked.
4.Now also add  1 Tsp oil and the cook the chicken till golde brown.

Red beans and tuna salad

This is a salad which i make when i get bored of daily lunch routine.


3 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 pepper
1 can red beans,drained and rinsed
1 can tuna,drained and rinsed
1/2 red pepper,diced
1/2 cup sweet corn
2 tsp minced fresh mint
1/2 cup tomatoes,diced

1.In a bowl put red beans,sweet corn,tuna,pepper and tomatoes.Toss them.
2.Add mint,lemon juice.cumin,salt pepper and vegetable oil.

Kids favorite cream cake


1 cup oil
2 cups suger
3 cups flour
4 eggs
1 small packet baking powder thats equal to 1 Tps
2 small packets vanilla suger
300 g sweet cream
300 g sour cream
3 Tsp choclate powder
1 Tsp cinnamon powder


1.Place 1 1/2 suger,eggs and vanilla suger and beat with a beater.
2.Then add oil.Mix thorougly.
3.Pass flour and baking powder through a stainer,this will ensure proper mixing of baking powder.
4.Add the flour mixture into the first mixture ,2 spoons at a time,then mix with beater and then add more and beat.the mixture should not be very thick.
5.Bake at 170 degree for 15 to 20 minutes.
6.Now beat the sweet cream.and seperately mix half cup suger in sour cream and beat it.Mix both creams really slowly.
7.Spread the cream on the cake.
8.Now put choclate powder and cinnamon powder in a stainer.And sprinkle on the cake.
you can decorate the cake with choclate flakes or with colourfull hearts or decorating pearls.Then put the cake in refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.

Tuna pizza

These ingredients will make two normal pizza pr 1 large pizza.


For dough

500 g flour
150 g yougurt
1 tsp sugar
2 Tsp oil
half packet yeast
Warm water

For top
150 g tomato paste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder                         
2 Tbsp Garlic sauce
Paprika chopped
1 onion chopped
1 tuna in water tin(pass water and rinse it)
mozzarella cheese

1.In a bowl put flour,sugar oil,yougurt and yeast.Mix them.add water as required and make a dough,
2.Leave the dough for 4 to 5 hours.
3.In a bowl mix tomato paste.black pepper and garlic sauce.set aside.
4.Now on a baking tray place a baking paper and set aside.
5.Now make the base with half of dough with the help of roller,and put it on the tray.
6.With a spoon spread the tomato paste mixture on the pizza,then abit of cheese.Then srinkle the tuna  fish flakes ,onions and paprika.At the end sprinkle cheese
7.Place in the preheated oven at 250 degree for 15 to 20 minutes.

Chicken in peanut sauce


skinless chicken thighs
5 carrots, thickly sliced
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/4 cups water
3/4 cup  smooth peanut butter
1/4 cup  soya sauce
1/2 tsp  ginger
1/4 tsp  hot pepper flakes
1 cup  frozen peas
1 tsp white vinegar
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup chopped unsalted peanuts

1.Arrange chicken in oven; top with carrots, onions and garlic.
2.Whisk together water, peanut butter, soy sauce, ginger and hot pepper flakes; add to pan.
Cover and cook in 350°F (180°C) oven for about 1-1/2 hours or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced.
3.Stir in peas and vinegar; let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Serve garnished with green onions and peanuts.Serve with rice or tortilla.

Tuna patties


1/2 cup whole wheat couscous                                             
1 tbsp  lemon juice
1 tsp ground cumin
2 cans water packed tuna, drained
1/4 cup chopped  olives
1/4 cup  chopped oil packed sun dried tomatoes
1/4 cup  light mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 tbsp  chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp  each salt and pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1.In large bowl, combine couscous, lemon juice and cumin. Pour in 1/2 cup  boiling water; cover and let stand until absorbed, about 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Let it cool.
2.Add tuna, olives, tomatoes, mayonnaise, garlic, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper; toss with fork to combine.
3.With wet hands, form into six 3/4-inch (2 cm) thick patties, pressing firmly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up. (Make-ahead: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.)
4.In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; fry patties, turning once, until golden, about 8 minutes.

Chicken smart wraps


2 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 lb  ground chicken
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp  salt
2 tbsp  tomato paste
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
3 tbsp  chili powder
4 large flour tortillas, (10 inches/25 cm)
3/4 cup  shredded cheddar cheese
1.In large saucepan, heat 1 tbsp (15 mL) of the vegetable oil over medium-high heat; cook chicken, breaking up with fork, for about 8 minutes or until no longer pink. Transfer chicken to bowl and set aside.
2.In same saucepan, heat remaining oil over medium heat; cook onion, garlic and salt for about 3 minutes or until softened. Stir in tomato paste; cook for 1 minute.
3.Return chicken to pan. Add tomatoes and chili powder; bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until thickened.
4.Spoon chili onto centre of each tortilla; sprinkle with cheese. Fold top and bottom edge over filling; fold sides over like enve-lope. Place, seam side down, on greased baking sheet.
Broil burritos about 6 inches (15 cm) from heat until crisp and golden brown, about 10 minutes.

Rice and cheese

1 1/2 cup grain rice
2 tbsp. butter
3 c. chicken broth
2-3 oz. chopped green chilies
4 oz. cubed Cheddar cheese

1.In a large covered skillet, saute uncooked rice in butter until rice turns slightly brown.
2. Add broth and chilies. Stir then Cover. Cook until rice is almost done,then  Stir.
3.Add cheese cubes to top of rice (do not stir). Cover and cook until rice is done and cheese is melted. Serve delicious rice and cheese.

Delicious mexican rice

2 cups white rice
1/4 cup vegetable oil
4 cups chicken broth
1 large onion, diced
1 large tomato, diced
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tablespoon cumin
2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon sugar


1.Dice onion and tomato; set aside.
2.Put rice in a bowl and add all of the spices.
3.Pour oil into a larger pan and add the onion.
4.Cook until onion is tender; add uncooked rice and all of the spices. Cook for 1 minute; add diced tomato and stir. Add 4 cups water; bring to a boil.
5.Lower heat to simmer, cover, and cook for 20 minutes. Add chopped cilantro.
Delicious mexican rice is ready.

Quick mexican rice

1 Tbsp oil
1 cup rice
2 1/2 cups cold water
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp.garlic powder
3/4 cup of tomato sauce
1.In a skillet heat oil.Add rice and cook until golden brown.
2.Add water salt,garlic powder and tomato sauce.Bring to boil.
3.Now cover untill the rice is tender.

Fish and chips

Fish flay half kg
1 Egg
oil for frying
1 cup chilled water
1 cup flour
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
1tsp vineger
1/4 tsp baking powder
For chips
Half kg potatoes
1/4 cup cornflour
salt to taste
1.Cut fish flay into 8 pieces.
2.Apply vineger and leave for 15 minutes.

Banana muffins

5 ounces flour
1 tsp baking powder
3 mashed bananas
1/4 tsp salt
4 ounces caster sugar
2 eggs
3 ounces oil
3 ounces water
2 ounces choclate chips

Choclate ice cream cake

1 kg milk
250 g sugar
4 tbsp cornflour
2 cup cream
1 cup choclate syrup
half cup choclate chips
200 g melted cooking choclate

Chinese fish toast

250 g fish
bread slice 2
1 onion,small size
1 egg
1tsp flour
1 tsp salt
half tsp black pepper powder
oil for frying


Choclate bits cake

  • 12 oz. chocolate bars (about 400 grams) or chocolate chips
  • Butter, 250 grams, softened
  • 1 cup. sugar, 200 grams
  • 4 eggs 
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 4 cups flour, 470 grams
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2-4 T. milk
  • 6 oz. chocolate bark

Sweet rice

Ingredients:Rice – 3 cup (soaked for 6 to 7 hours)
Sugar – 2 ½ cup
Pistachio – 10 , crushed
Milk – 1 cup
Oil – half cup
Cardamoms – 6 to 8
Orange food color – ½ tsp
Method:1.Put water on heat to boil and add orange food colour to it.Boil the rice but they should not become very soft.Then drain water.

Choclate brownies

 Butter-90 grms
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Flour-1 cup
Baking Powder-1tsp
Powdered Sugar-3/4 cup
Vanilla essence-1tsp
Walnuts/any nuts (optional)
Salt- a pinch
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degree.Grease a cake pan

Most easy spaghetti

250g spaghetti
150g tomato paste
200g ground meat
Halg tsp salt
Hallf tsp chilli powder
Mozarella cheese crushed.
2 to 3 Tsp oil
1.Put spaghetti in water to boil.Also add half teaspoon of salt and oil.Keep cooking untill spaghetti becomes soft.Rinse all water from spaghetti.

Sweet and sour german style chicken

1 kg chicken, cut up
3 tbsp oil
2 cup water
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
500g  cabbage, chopped
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1.Take a pan,heat the oil and brown the chicken pieces on mediun heat,for about 15 min


Indian white curry chicken

1 cup oil
3 onions thinly sliced
500g chicken
1 tbsp garlic paste
1tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp salt
2 cups yougurt
6 cardamom
3 sticks cinnamon
Half tsp black pepper powder
4 cloves

Singapore style chicken

200 g boneless chicken
200 g flour
2 tsp butter
2 eggs
1 capsicum
1 onion
4 tbsp mayonnaise
salt to taste
oil for frying
1.Boil the chicken and chop it.Also chop capsicum and onion.

Simple chicken recepie

8 drumsticks
2 lemons
1 onion chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon ginger paste
Salt and balck pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Chicken fajita

 6 chicken cutlets
 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
 1 teaspoon chili powder
 salt and ground pepper
 3 bell peppers (ribs and seeds removed), thinly sliced
 1 medium red onion, halved and thinly sliced
 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
 6 flour tortillas (6-inch)
 Fresh coriander leaves, for serving
 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream, for serving
 Lime wedges, for serving

Flourless choclate cake

 6 tablespoons unsalted butter,
 8 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
 6 large eggs, separated
 1/2 cup granulated sugar
 Confectioners' sugar, for dusting
 Sweetened whipped cream, for serving

1.Preheat the oven to 275 degrees with the rack in the center. Butter the bottom and sides of a 9-inch springform pan.

Cheese cake

For Crust
 5 tablespoons unsalted and melted butter
 12 graham crackers (3-by-5 inch)
 1/4 cup sugar
 1/4 teaspoon  salt

For Filling
 2 1/2 pounds bar cream cheese, room temperature
 1 1/2 cups sugar
 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon pee(optional)
 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
 1/2 teaspoon  salt
 4 large eggs
 1 cup sour cream

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Make crust: Butter a 9-by-3-inch springform pan.

carrot cake

125g butter                              2 eggs
 1/2 cup crushed carrots          flour 2  1/2 cup
milk 1/4 cup                            1/2 brown sugar
3 teaspoon baking powder
1.Mix butter and brown sugar.

Vanilla shake

6 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 Mars choclate bar
2 cup milk
1.let vanilla ice cream melt a little bit
2.put vanilla ice cream,milk and Mars choclate in blender and mix thorougly.
3.pour the contents in glass.

Gajar Halwa

1 kg crushed carrots    400 kg whipped cream
400kg yougurt             crushed almonds
3 tablespoon oil           1 liter milk
 1.Add one glass of water in carrots and cook them until they become very soft.
 2.In a seperate pan boil milk and add yougurt and wipped cream.it will turn into curd.keep cooking until no milk is left in it,and it becomes thick.
 3.Now add carrots in this curd and suger and oil.mix well.and cook for about 20 minutes.
 4.take out the contents in a dish and sprinkle crushed almonds over it.
