Singapore style chicken

200 g boneless chicken
200 g flour
2 tsp butter
2 eggs
1 capsicum
1 onion
4 tbsp mayonnaise
salt to taste
oil for frying
1.Boil the chicken and chop it.Also chop capsicum and onion.

2.Add 1 egg,butter and salt.Pour some water and make dough from it.leave this dough for half an hour
3.Then make small balls with this dough.pat the balls in round shape.and then with the help of roller make them smooth.
4.In a bowl mix chicken with vegetables and mayonnaise also add salt and mix thoroughly.
5.Beat an egg.
6.Now put this mixture on the base made with dough.and roll the base and apply little of egg to close it.As if u r using the egg as glue.Do not fill the roll too much.
7.Now fry these rolls.Take out when turned golden.
