Chinese fish toast

250 g fish
bread slice 2
1 onion,small size
1 egg
1tsp flour
1 tsp salt
half tsp black pepper powder
oil for frying

1.Blend fish,onion,egg,salt,black pepper and flour in blender
2.Keep blending intill a paste is formed.
3.Cut the edges of bread.
4.Cut the bread in four pieces.You can cut them in circle or sqaure or whatever shape u like.Apply the fish paste on one side of bread.
5.In a pan,heat the oil and fry the side on which paste is applied,and then the other side.
6.Take them out in pan,and they are ready to serve.You can serve then with salad.
