Indian white curry chicken

1 cup oil
3 onions thinly sliced
500g chicken
1 tbsp garlic paste
1tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp salt
2 cups yougurt
6 cardamom
3 sticks cinnamon
Half tsp black pepper powder
4 cloves
1tsp cumin

1.Take a pan and with 2 to 3 tbsp oil fry cardamom,cinnamon sticks.cloves and cumin untill u can smell the frangrance of these spices.Then put them aside.
2.Now fry the onions till light golden.Stain and set them aside too.
3.In oil fry the pieces of chiken on high heat.Stir continously.
4.Add garlic,ginger and black pepper powder and continue to stir.
5.Add salt and immedietly add water also and cover it for 4 to 5 minutes.
6.Blend the fried onion and yougurt in blender.if the yougurt is thick u must add some water then blend and then blend again with onions.the yougurt should be plain and not very thick.
7.Stir for 2 to 3 min continously and then cook for more 6 to 8 minutes.Now u can serve it with tortillas or rice also.
