Fish and chips

Fish flay half kg
1 Egg
oil for frying
1 cup chilled water
1 cup flour
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
1tsp vineger
1/4 tsp baking powder
For chips
Half kg potatoes
1/4 cup cornflour
salt to taste
1.Cut fish flay into 8 pieces.
2.Apply vineger and leave for 15 minutes.
3.Mix flour,baking powder,salt,black pepper egg and water in a large bowl to make batter.
4.Dip the fish pieces in batter and fry them till golden.
1.Cut potatoes in chips shape.
2.Soak in chilled water for 40 minutes and then drain water.
3.Fry in hot oil for two minutes and put them on paper.
4.In a bowl put cornflour and water and mix them well to form a thin batter.
5.Now coat the chips with corn flour and put them in freezer.When freezed,fry in oil untill golden.
season with salt and serve with fish.
