carrot cake

Ingredients
125g butter                              2 eggs
 1/2 cup crushed carrots          flour 2  1/2 cup
milk 1/4 cup                            1/2 brown sugar
3 teaspoon baking powder
1.Mix butter and brown sugar.

2.Now add eggs one by one and flour with spoon.Do not add all of flour at one time.add a spoonfull and blend it .then add a spoon and blend and so on.
3,Add milk and blend.
4.Add carrots and walnuts and mix with spoon not with blender.
5 Pour this batter into the mould.
6.Bake for 30 minutes in preheatd oven at 170 degree.
Icing
1 ounce butter
1/2 brown sugar
100g cream
Add sugar in butter and melt it on light heat.Remove immedietly from stove and beat it with cream and spread it on cake.
